Hatha Yoga

Yoga sequences focused on body alignment and balance. It’s a soft style, aimed at people looking for a therapeutic style on a postural and emotional level.

It is based on a style of traditional yoga, including breathing exercises, alignment, flexibility … in order to strengthen the spine especially to prevent and treat various pains and pathologies, balance exercises, concentration and relaxation to educate, pacify and focus the mind.

Vinyasa Flow

Sequences focused on strengthening, aligning and relaxing the body through a dynamic and restoring practice. Exiting the base of Hatha yoga it combines breathing exercises, coordination, alignment, balance, transitions, relaxation … carried out in a more active and intense way. It’s pure meditation in motion. Although it’s a more intense practice it’s adaptable to all.

Sup Yoga

Style originally from Florida. Yoga sequences on a paddle surf board. New initiative that includes the benefits of yoga, encouraging strength, coordination and balance required to maintain balance on the board, as well as providing an exceptional environment surrounded by sea, with spectacular views.

The sessions begin with a warm up on the beach (saluting the sun / stretching) and then everyone continues on their own board, finishing with classic savasana (final relaxation) whilst getting carried away by the movement of the waves, breathing fresh air, bronzing and loading the body with the sunshine vitamin.

Kids Yoga

Be Happy Kids is an initiative for the little ones. The project started with some workshops in the studio and now continues in the public Joan Mas school, where yoga classes for children are taught with Marina Magraner as an extracurricular activity.

The general idea is to present yoga as a rewarding discipline for children, working on and enhancing their concentration and creativity, also improving their physical and mental conditions.

Today, it’s increasingly frequent to talk of hyperactive children with insomnia, respiratory problems, obesity, allergies, asthma, severe concentration problems, low self-esteem… that greatly affect the development of their personality. So we think that yoga can be a great tool to face this reality that most little ones are subject to throughout the school years.

Yoga during pregnancy

Behappy Yoga in Mallorca also offer yoga classes for pregnant women, which help birth to keep fit throughout the process and provide preparation. It’s the best time to enjoy full care and one of the most beautiful moments of your life!

Acroyoga

Behappy is the first school in Mallorca to offer acroyoga classes and workshops. We currently have experienced teachers who come to do workshops in the studio.

It is a very rewarding discipline that combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. Yoga workshops as well as being full of new learning and experiences help us emotionally with values of respect for ourselves and others. They are an opportunity to learn, meet new people and practice in group.

No need to come with a partner, just be willing to learn.

Yoga classes for small groups

Doesn’t the schedule suit well? Do you have some friends who would like to practice? Are you fans of the mountain, running, biking but you need to combine your hobby with therapeutic stretching to balance the body and exercises to increase strength?

Create your own yoga group

Classes are taught in Catalan, Spanish or English, depending on need. You can choose a flexible weekly schedule or an intensive program to then be able to practice on your own with the advice of a professional. The program will be customized and adjusted to the demand of the group, emphasizing the needs set by the group in question.

As a group the prices are lower than private sessions and also adjusted according to the program.

Private and home lessons

Yoga sequences tailored to everyone’s needs. Classes will be taught in Catalan, Spanish or English, in the studio or at home. They are prepared individually, depending on the characteristics and aspects you want or need to improve.

These classes are ideal for those who want to deepen practice, have a special feedback and individual monitoring with a practice accompanied by adjustments which quickly and significantly improve the progress of the practitioner.

There are flexible schedules, discount packages and the possibility of being two or three people.
